पात्रत्वात् धनम् आप्नोति धनाद् धर्मं ततः सुखम् ॥

I am pleased that Shri Jagaddev Singh Sanskrit Mahavidyalaya, Sapt Rishi Ashram, Sapt Sarovar, Haridwar, is an ancient Sanskrit educational institution dedicated to the preservation and promotion of the Sanskrit language. This college has been renowned as a prestigious institution since its inception. The dedication of the teachers to their students is clearly evident, and it is a matter of pride for us that our students excel not only in academics but also in various competitions. I am especially pleased to be the president of this college. My constant endeavor is to ensure that our college continues to flourish and that a conducive environment for learning and teaching prevails here.  It is also my priority that the academic activities and administration of this college continue uninterrupted. I will continue to contribute to the development of this college at every level. I hope that all the teachers and the principal of our college will perform their duties with complete dedication in teaching and learning, and will prepare the students to become accomplished individuals. I also urge all the students studying here to strive for excellence and make dedicated efforts to preserve the Sanskrit language. For this, we pledge that we will continuously fulfill our respective important roles as teachers and students in this college.

मुझे यह प्रसन्नता है कि श्री जगद्देव सिंह संस्कृत महाविद्यालय सप्त ऋषि आश्रम सप्त सरोवर  हरिद्वार, का यह संस्कृत शिक्षण संस्थान अत्यंत प्राचीन एवं संस्कृत भाषा के संरक्षण और संवर्धन के लिए कटिबंध है। यह महाविद्यालय अपने स्थापना वर्ष से ही एक प्रतिष्ठित संस्थान के रूप में प्रख्यापित रहा है, यहां पर कार्यरत शिक्षकों का छात्रों के प्रति समर्पण स्पष्ट रूप से दिखाई पड़ता है, और यह हमारे लिए गौरव की बात है । कि हमारे छात्र न केवल पढ़ाई में अपितु विभिन्न प्रतियोगिताओं में भी उत्कृष्ट प्रदर्शन करते रहते हैं, मुझे विशेष रूप से प्रसन्नता है कि मैं इस महाविद्यालय का अध्यक्ष हूं, मेरा निरंतर यह प्रयास रहता है कि हमारा महाविद्यालय निरंतर फलता फूलता रहे और यहां शिक्षक और छात्रों की सीखने व सिखाने के लिए अनुकूलता बनी रहे और साथ ही मेरी  यह भी प्राथमिकता है कि इस महाविद्यालय में पठन-पाठन का कार्य व संचालन यथावत बना रहे। मैं हर स्तर से इस महाविद्यालय के विकास में अपना सहयोग प्रदान करता रहूंगा। मुझे उम्मीद है कि हमारे महाविद्यालय में संलग्न सभी शिक्षक गण व प्राचार्य महोदय पूरी तन्मयता के साथ में पढ़ने व पढ़ाने का कार्य करेंगे और छात्रों को सुयोग्य छात्र के रूप में तैयार करेंगे, साथ ही में अपने यहां अध्यनरत समस्त छात्रों से आग्रह करता हूं, कि वे उत्कृष्टता हासिल करते हुए संस्कृत भाषा को संरक्षित करने के लिए भगीरथ प्रयास करते रहें। इसकेलिए हम यह संकल्प लेते हैं, कि हम इस महाविद्यालय के लिए शिक्षक के रूप में व छात्र के रूप में अपने-अपने महत्वपूर्ण भूमिकाओं का निर्वहन सतत करते रहेंगे।
